We would like to welcome you to our old 'casino' which rests in the countryside not far away from the remains of the site of ancient Lecce, and only 3km from today's city which is the principal town of the Salento area - the 'heel' of Italy. |
You will enjoy a peaceful stay in the historic atmosphere of the 'alcova' with its open terrace overlooking the gardens of olive and fruit trees, including an ancient fig tree. Or, if you prefer, you can choose to stay in the standard bedroom. Whichever you choose you will enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Italian home. Both rooms are suitable for 2 guests.
A separate entrance and enclosed central staircase lead up to guestrooms. The main accommodation is in the alcova where, many years ago, the original owner would spend his summer holidays. Now it has been carefully restored, preserving the original character, with a delightful modern shower room for your convenience.
